Claremont Quarter is a premium shopping centre located on Bayview Terrace and St Quentin's Avenue in the heart of Claremont. We have been associated with Claremont Quarter from its inception in 2008, and we continue to provide ongoing retail design management services for Hawaiian and QIC, the centre owners. Working closely with the centre management and leasing teams, our services cover all aspects relating to the successful running of the Quarter, from the provision of tenancy lease plan and design reviews to the assistance of the tenancy co-ordination of fit-outs. After two successful staged openings, Claremont Quarter remains a world class premier shopping precinct.
