Client - Bayswater Car Rental

We undertook the renovation and redesign of the new No Birds Car Rental Headquarters in Kewdale Perth, consisting of approximately 5000sq.m. of warehouse and office space. Our challenge was to understand the best layout to suit the car rental industry and how to maximise the space to accommodate the processing of day to day operations, from workshop, repairs, washing and water filtrating systems. Working with an existing warehouse and administration area, created design challenges and opportunities to ensure a budget was considered.
